Whatever you do.Do not DISS Twilight here! It is my secret hidden pleasure.I'm sorry I just like looking at Taylor Lautner

message 2: by Thalia (new)

Thalia (thaliaanderson) I freaking love the books. It's not their fault the movies were basically bordering on awful. But I love the series, I love the characters, I love the plots; I love that Stephanie Meyer chose to take a risk and do something waaaay different than the normal vampire.

Lol who's going to the midnight showing of Breaking Dawn??

message 10: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) So I've heard multiple times, and I really want to go to the midnight showing, but I don't think my buddy can. In fact her rents are over protective and don't even want her to see the movie. She hasn't even read the book, actually she hasn't read Eclipse either becuase he rents heard it was inapropraite. *rolls eyes*

message 11: by Megan (new)

Megan | 134 comments How is Eclipse inappropriate? The most they do is make out. I can understand Breaking Dawn though, but still. My parents don't care, they think I'm mature enough I guess (I'm 14, by the way.) I'm trying to find a friend to go with cause I REALLY don't want to go with my parents.. For those of you who read the book, you'd understand...

message 12: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) I'm 14 too and I thought the same thing w/ Eclipse

My parents very extremely much don't care. That or they don't actually know how much sexual content this stuff has--which is admittedly a definite possibility.

message 14: by Thalia (new)

Thalia (thaliaanderson) They won't show anything in Breaking Dawn. It was hardly talked about in the book itself; there was more detail in the make out scenes from the other books.

I was like, twelve when I read Twilight, just when it had come out. Breaking Dawn was released when I would thirteen-ish. It's fine; books are always more explicit than their movie.

message 15: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) They are making it PG-13 becuase they don't wanna lose their audience, that's what they said. I keep telling my friend that but she still doesn't know if she will go.

message 16: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha I want 2 go just because I'm curiosu about it and I can since its coming out close to my b'day but its suppose to be rly gross so.......

message 17: by Thalia (new)

Thalia (thaliaanderson) Really gross? How?

message 18: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha well they have a lot of sexual content and in teh book they would just skim the parts with very little discription (thank god) but in the movies they have to show the whle thing and as a 13 year old(when I watch the movie) thats seriosuly the thing I'd want to c and it happens more then once

message 19: by Thalia (new)

Thalia (thaliaanderson) They aren't going to show it in the movie!
The book doesn't even talk about it. It's like, "We were in bed, and then it was the next morning." The movie won't go into any detail, because it would get an X rating and nobody would go see it. Like Malxox said, it'll be PG-13, meaning it'll be suitable to teenagers and without any sexual content.

message 20: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha my firend watched the tralier and said they will show

message 21: by Thalia (new)

Thalia (thaliaanderson) I doubt it. The movie will be a porno if they do.

message 22: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) They said they weren't actually goin to show it cuz they didn't want to lose their audience with a R movie

message 23: by Thalia (new)

Thalia (thaliaanderson) Yeah, seriously. It would be a stupid business move to do that, and although the movie industry has no morals, they do care that people pay to see the movie. And most Twilight fans are minors, so they have to accomodate.

message 24: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha I HATE R movies!!!!!!!!!!thou I don't rly care if its a scary movie..

message 25: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) I'm not a big fan either

message 26: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha of R movies or scary movies?

message 27: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) Kind of both, my Mom got so mad when she found out I had seen 'the Ring' and 'Hide and Seek'. The ring didn't scare me but hide and seek scared the crap outta me!! I was really little when I had seen it. But yeah I don't really like either.

message 28: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha rly??I haven't watched a scary movie in my life or gone to a haunted house(including the one in england if u search it up its the scariest in teh world) that has ever scared me I'm only scared of crepy crawlies

message 29: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) Lolz I hate spiders. But I'm a wimp I get scared easily. *shrugs* o well

message 30: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha I have a friend named Anny and she was convinced I was the grude from the movie Grudge it took alot of time b4 she stopped thinking tat!have u watched that movei?

message 31: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) I haven't but my friends did something like that. Actually ARE. They apparently changed my last name to Malfoy, I don't nmomd ya' know since I'm like in love with Tom F./Draco M. but sometimes... *rolls eyes*

message 32: by Thalia (new)

Thalia (thaliaanderson) Anyway, if it eases your mind, Stephanie Meyer is Mormon; if she has any say at all about what goes into the movie on her book, she wouldn't let an actual sex scene be in there.

I saw Hide and Seek once; it was a bit creepy. o.O

message 33: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha :D its a nice name...

message 34: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) Yeah :)

Hide and Seek is creepy O.O

message 35: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha NOOOOOO I might seem abnormal but I found it not at all creepy

message 36: by Mal (new)

Mal (malxox) *shrugs* well I did

There is sex scenes kinda. If you watch the previews and look up pictures. If you read the book (Like ME!) you know some of the scenes. They are not real like sex scene just like a blanket covering them and extreme kissing in a bed.

message 41: by Brigid ✩ (new)

Brigid ✩ Twiliiiight. I kinda have a sentimental attachment to the series. I remember my friend and I reading them in like 7th grade, before they got really popular. Good times. They're not really great or well-written, but they were entertaining.

The movies are pretty terrible, but I enjoy watching them so I can laugh at them...

ß®ï:Dģε₮ *The Gothic Nerd of Revenge!* o.O | 244 comments I only watch the movies for the pleasure of seeing Taylor Lautner without a shirt on. I'm sure everyone else watches those parts too, DON'T LIE! I mean come on, every scene w/ him has Jacob w/ no shirt (giggles evily)

message 43: by Anastacia (new)

Anastacia (ana3) | 10 comments twilight sucks

Peeta Mellark Lover | 152 comments they wont show anything at all like thatotherwise they would lose their audience. Like sky said it will be just like that. it will be pg-13 because a lot of teens watch it and some pre-teens so they dont want to lose that.
