Peter felt himself shiver a little. And blinked, suprised at his reaction.

She raised her eyebrow a him, not bothering to ask in words. Her face said enough.
"Sorry... I'm, uh, not used to this," he said.
"Oh, okay I get it." she said, getting off his lap and taking her hands off, "Sorry." she bit her lip and looked off at the sky.
Peter actually felt himself frown a bit, I never said I didn't like it. he thought, then remembered she could hear hinnand cursed himself under his breath.
She pretended she didn't hear him, now knowing he hadn't wanted her to.She looked at him as if to say 'Huh? I didn't quite catch that.'
Peter looked up at her and ran a hand through his hair, ruffeling it. "Uh, nothing."
She smiled, happy with herself. "I don't think you quite messed up your hair enough." she ran her own thin fingers around in his hair, grinning so widely her nose wrinkled.
Peter laughed slightly, more xhuckiling. He leaned back in his palms as shs ran her fingers along his scalp.
She liked seeing him relaxed. Lilly dropped her hands from his head, and leaned against him. "You know, I couldn't have asked for a better person to look over after." she said, smiling sweetly.
Peter looked down at her, tilting his head her way as he thought. "Really? I wouldve thought I'd be difficult," he chuckeled.
"I never said I couldn't have asked for someone easier to look over after." she laughed, stretching her wings out slightly since they'd started getting stiff.
"Wouldve made your job easier," he grinned crookidly, chuckiling.
"I don't need an easy job." she smiled dreamily, looking up at the clouds, "As long as I'm making a difference."
"Hmm?" she looked back at him, not quite understanding his question.
"Why me?" he asked, "out the... Many people you couldve watched over. Why me?"
"I'm not sure just yet." she said, "But everything happens for a reason, so I trust that this is all part of the master plan."
"Not just God's master plan, but His plan for us." she explained, "Everything is to make us stronger."((Funny that I'm playing this character, because I'm atheist))
((:p I Was actuallu beginning to wonder if you actually where like Christian or something >.<)) Peter frowned a little, "Dont we have choices though?"
((Nah, I've just read some books that are from the POV of angels. ))"Of course you do. It's like getting a road, each turn leads you down a different path. Which path you choose is your own." it was hard explaining this all out to someone who'd never been to Heaven before, "He's just like a guide to help you."
((I'm Christian *shrugs* At least I think... I'm actually not 100% sure yet)) Peter nodded in understanding, "That's what my brother taught me."
((I'm not 100% certain either. I used to be a Christian))"You're brother seems like a good person, but," she lingered for a moment, "In your head he's like a bitter-sweet concept."
((Used to, hm?))Peter pressed his lips together, not liking the fact se knew that. "Yeah I guess..."
((Yep. I was raised as a Christian, but deviated from my old ways. On my own I might add))"Oh, I'm sorry." she said, realizing that she probably shouldn't be mentioning such sensitive subjects so soon. After all, she'd only met him today, but somehow she felt... As if she'd known him for much longer.
((ah)) Peter exhalied, shrugged a litte. "Yeah, well..."
"I understand. Sorry I'm still new at this." she apologized, "Don't be afraid to tell me when I'm being too nosy."
"No, it's not." she said sternly, more to herself than him, "I may be your guardian but that doesn't mean I have to stick my nose where it doesn't belong." she wasn't even looking at him anymore, she was looking down at her own body, "I need to take a step back."She didn't know why she felt the need to yell at herself, but she just did.
"No you don't." he lied. "Like you said, you're new at this. But hey,so am I." hs shrugged.
She shook her head, frustrated with herself. She made sure to distance her mind from his, hoping he couldn't hear her mentally scolding herself.
Peter sighed, nor hearing bur still... "I'm serious,"
Lilly turned her head to him. "But you were lying before, when you said I didn't need to take a step back." then she cursed herself again for being in his mind.
"I heard it." she bit her lip to the point where she tasted blood in her mouth.
"Yeah." she muttered back to him, "Don't worry though, I'm distancing myself."
Anna was swinging,enjoying how the wind blew her hair away from her face.
Tanner skipped to the playground, looking around.
Anna saw someone skipping in the playground.She smiled at him."Hey!"She yelled.
Tanner rose his eyebrow and glared. "Hi."
Anna slowed down the swing."I am Anna!"She said cheerfully,trying to ignore the fact that he was glaring at her.
Tanner shrugged a little. "I'm Tanner."
Anna nodded."Tanner,wanna be friends?"She smiled.
Tanner shook his head, but then sighed. "Sure."
Her smile widened.She got off the swing and ran to him."Yay! A new friend!"She jumped up and down a bit.
Tanner took a step back. "Not if you continue to freak me out."
