Aveon nodded not feeling at optimistic as she usually did."Yes but my father may kill me."
Drexa sighed. "Parents usually aren't too happy when their daughters turn into werewolves."
"Yes my father hates them and vampires even more"Aveon said with tears filling her eyes.
"How did vampires get involved?" she asked.
Aveon shook her head unsure."I don't know he has always hated them.He never tells me why"
Drexa shrugged. "Well, every family has its secrets." She started scuffing at the dirt with her toe.
"Mine has many"Aveon said looking up at the sky.
Drexa looked abruptly at Aveon, her eyes intent. "You know we'll probably end up ripping each others throats out during the full moon," she said bluntly.
Aveon looked at her this time with annoyance."Must you say these things"
"I want you to be prepared," she said more gently.
"This I get but you say it as you are waiting for it"Aveon smoothed out her ponytail, taking her time to fix it so she would not start to cry.
"There's nothing to do but wait." Drexa fixed her with a dark stare. "Aveon, there's nothing you can do to prevent going berserk, short of killing yourself."
"You talk like a person who has given up"Aveon said with unwavering determination in her voice."I have and will not"
Drexa looked at her with a mixture of pity, admiration, and resignation. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't be around people right now. I've been shaken up a bit recently." She stood up from the swing. "Maybe I'll see you later. But I'll probably be gone." She gave Aveon a sad smile and walked away.
Aveon watched her walk away feeling helpless.She wished she could help her but knew at that moment there was nothing to do for her."This will not be the end of me"
Katie walked to the playground, she sighed softly, and went to the swings. Swinging her legs softly, she looked at the ground, weeping her fingers around the swing chains.

Katie didn't see him as she pulled out her phone, reading Brynn's text, then texted back.What's that?
"And who would that be? It can't be me," Marcel smiled at her.

Shia smiled at Katie on the swing. He snuck up behind her
Katie blinked, reading the text, Wow... ha, I hoeneslty wouldn't have expected that either she texted back, having no idea Shia was behind her.

"whatcha reading?" Shia asked looking over her shoulder
Katie jumped, shrieking and gasping at the same time, and jerked her head to see Shia, "You scared me!" she pushed him slightly playful, her heart raceing.
Two black cats appeared and ran up the slide to the top of the playground.

Katie smiled, "It's alright," she said, putting her phone in her pocket, not looking away from him, and slipped her fingers through his. "And, no, I didn't."

Katie giggeled, "You're my cat." she said.

Katie sniggered and wrapped her arms around him, "Love ya'." she said softly.

"I was thinking about about going to the dance as a cat." she said randomly, blushing slightly.

Katie smiled, her blush didn't seem to fade.

She flashed her white teeth and Brushed her lips over his.

Katie felt a shiver and happiness run through her, and put a hand on the side of his face softly.

Katie pulled away, "Okay, I'd like to know what you're going as." she said, biting her lip gently.
Marcel laughed and raised an eyebrow. "Reaally?" He asked skeptically, dragging the word out.
Marcel smiled and kissed Abi on the cheek.
Amy walked to the playground, her mind was kind of blank, having nothing to do bugged her, she stuck her hands into her jacket, imidatly feeling her hands heat up even more, and sat on the grass.
