Josh Mohror | 3 comments ... but, I didn't.

So, I have a different copy of this book:

but with the same ISBN. So I tried to create my copy here:

but it doesn't show it as another edition of the first book. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you

Lobstergirl To me it shows as an edition of the first one.

You may want to add a librarian note (on the edit page) saying that yours is an alternate cover edition of ISBN xxxxxxxxxx.

Josh Mohror | 3 comments In the Librarian Guidelines it says to just say "alternate cover - ISBN: XXXXX" in the description. And I have put that.

Kim, could you explain to me how you've done that? I have numerous alternate covers that aren't on here that I would like to add.

Lobstergirl It's better to put it in a librarian note, which shows up on the combine page right underneath your edition. If you put it in the description, there's a chance that could be made the default description for all the editions, which would then suggest all of them are the alternate cover edition.

Beth (bethjustbeth) | 1586 comments It's great to put it both places...librarian note for the librarians, so they don't delete it, and in the description, for those who aren't librarians, so they know they have the right isbn/cover.
