I make these in a quart mason jar and use one of those immersion blenders to emulsify. If you don't have one maybe make in a blender and whiz it up well, then they stay together in the frig better.

Jonny's Dressing
1 cup balsamic vinegar
6 T. Maple syrup
6 T. honey
Other sweeteners work fine or use all honey or all maple syrup, whatever you have on hand.
4 t. dijon mustard
2 t. salt (yes, really 2 t.)
garlic cloves minced
3/4-1 cup Olive oil or your choice
I T. toasted sesame oil

1 c. Olive oil
1 c. lemon juice (4-5 lemons)
1 t. dijon
1 T honey
1 t. salt
garlic fresh or powder
2 t. dill or other herb of choice

Yesterday I made this new one I am crazy about. It uses ground pumpkin seeds for make a yummy caesar type dressing. I will try to post later. Have a great weekend Sis!

I forgot olives, avocado and tomatoes....I think they really make a salad extra good.

Sfdreams | 11 comments To be honest, I never really found a salad dressing that I liked. Most of the recipes I found before were based on apple cider vinegar which I find too strong! I much prefer balsamic vinegar. I usually eat salads with no dressing, just avocado to moisten.
