Kristi Boese | 20 comments When Arnold is in science class and correct Mr. Dodge about what petrified wood really is the reality of a small school is explained. At times, a teacher who is not qualified is asked to teach a subject. How often do you think-or know-of this happening? As a counselor what assistance/support could you offer?

Jocelyn | 20 comments I have personally only seen it happen once in a school I attended. The school I work at now is a good option for any schools that do not currently have a highly qualified instructor. We supply a course and highly qualified teacher online or through print lessons/lectures.

This provides a lot of opportunities that can be missed by small schools - especially in regards to electives or AP courses. :)
