Jill "The Siren"

Jill--dubbed "The Siren" by Orsay and her former companion (whose name I cannot remember, nor want to remember)--has the power to make people forget when she sings. It's a bit complicated, though if you compare her power to that of a siren (from Greek Mythology, not police sires), it makes a bit more sense. She was featured in LIES, and mentioned in PLAGUE.

You're right. She sorta is like a siren from Greek mythology. The only difference is that she doesn't want to lure sailors to their death.
