I think it would be interesting to have a best of the best for reading books, but that's probably pretty hard to figure out on a monthly basis actually : P.

Could someone please explain the different between Best of Best With Mods and Without Mods?
With mods just includes the amount of comments the mods have posted. Without the mods seems more fair since as mods we should have more participation than most.
