Jammies Nay

message 3: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments You're up early after a bender, Jammers.

Sidebar: Jammies, I drove through Ohio last weekend and, once again, I am highly impressed by your toll road service centers. You put Indiana to shame.

Félix (habitseven) Nay. *gags*

Jonathan Lopez | 4728 comments When I was eight years old, definitely yay. Now, probably nay, I think.

message 6: by janine (new)

janine | 7715 comments I've never really liked cotton candy. I'll take one or two bites, just because it looks so appealing, but after that I'm done. There's just nothing there.

Janice (jamasc) Yay! Not as much as when I was a kid, but still Yay.

Our book club tries to have snacks that fit in with the theme of the book being discussed. When we read Water for Elephants we had cotton candy. It was great!

It's Yay for another reason... our local quilt shop is called Cotton Candy.

Aynge (ayngemac) | 1202 comments I'll have a little piece.

message 9: by Brittomart (new)

Brittomart If it's at a free festival at school, then I will take some. If my niece is offering a piece, I'll take it.

I had a bunch of water last night, so no headache this morning, and I consider it "sleeping in" if I make it past 7. The dog, of course, thinks 7 is shamefully late.

And thank you, but I wish the toll roads were in as good shape as the service centers.

Stina (stinalee) | 750 comments Yay- I will eat cotton candy any time. I will not eat cotton candy flavored things, like jelly beans or popsicles.

Up to adulthood, yay. Now, no.

message 14: by Helena (new)

Helena | 1058 comments I had a cotton candy martini that was pretty good the other day.

But as far as actually eating cotton candy- nay, drinking- yay.

You're not supposed to chew it.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Yay for a piece or two. I can't eat a whole big poof of it.

So you wouldn't be able to eat a chunk this big:

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Absolutely not. I don't like hairspray flavor much, either. I prefer the standard flavor.

Would you take a nibble of this?

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) That looks more like brittle than anything else.

message 21: by Michael (new)

Michael They make me think of pieces of Fanny Farmer candy. It's not The Carpenters, is it?

message 22: by Janice (new)

Janice (jamasc) The Bobsy Twins!!

message 23: by Barb (new)

Barb Oh boy. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse than a couple wearing matching outfits ...
