Jessica I'm fluent in Polish, though make mistakes and have an accent when I speak it, lol. And usually with my parents I do half Polish half English. heh heh heh (Hellz yea Polish is teh best :D)
And I'm learning German at school.

The Nate Gatsby (macenro) I can speak Spanish pretty well.

And one of my girlfriends in college taught me how to talk in pig latin...but that was more like a code so we could talk without people understanding us. haha

You have to be fluent in sarcasm if you try to use it online. I've seen many the beginner fail at internet sarcasm.

No, I actually think it is easier than most other languages because Latin makes up 60-70% of English to begin with. I would definitely suggest that anyone who likes writing and aspires to write for a living learn the language because it has really increased my lit skills.

message 24: by Jessica (new)

Jessica ohh sweet ^^

I've always kinda wanted to learn Latin. But I don't know when I should start it though.
Because I'm currently learning German at school.

And I speak Polish at home (well it's actually half English half Polish for me haha :P )

But I'm kinda considering in learning it.

message 25: by Indiana (new)

Indiana If you get the chance, go for it!
Not only is it an essential part of English, the language itself is quite mellifluous.
