1. Maybe have a queen/king quarters in the winter and summer court
2. Maybe you can also have human charries and make a topic for the human like have a supermarket, cinemas,library
3. A library in the courts
4. A garden in the courts
5. Maybe a litte woods/forest
6. Have a little hospital/aid area for the fey in their courts
