Doret | 15 comments I recently read Wingshooters by Nina Revoyr. It was in O's Magazine in March for books to watch out for and won the Indie Bookseller Choice Award

The main character is 9 yrs old. Her father is White and the mother is Japanese, like the author.

The book deals with the racial tensions in the 70's. It was good what I like most was the ending.
