Please combine/new cover

But I have a kindle edition and this is paperback so I wanted to add a new edition. Now this edition shows as an unique book:

Can someone combine these two? And something went wrong with the cover of the kindle edition... Can someone make sure it has the same cover as the paperback?

There are some... uh... different... books on here. This one is fixed for you. Combined and fixed the cover by putting the correct ASIN in.
