Patrick | 93 comments Interesting idea. Appears to be a book with Robert Heinlein, Sprague de Camp and Isaac Asimov as characters in pulp fiction mystery.

The Astounding, the Amazing, and the Unknown

I always liked Footfall where Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle had science fiction writers as part of an alien contact think tank.

Patrick | 93 comments I just remembered Time After Time has H.G. Wells himself as a time traveler.

Wayne McCoy (geekwayne) | 44 comments The Map of Time features H.G. Wells as a character. I'm reading The Astounding, the Amazing, and the Unknown: A Novel and it's a lot of fun so far. Lot's of cameos

Matt (scifi451) | 18 comments I am reading The Map of Time right now as well, although have not gotten to the H.G. Wells part yet, since only about 70 pages in so far.
