I like Bill Waterson, the author of Calvin and Hobbes!

I've never read much of Calvin and Hobbes, but I LOVE the style! It is so cute. It's awesome how Hobbes is bigger than Calvin :)

I like how Hobbes is really just a stuffed animal and Calvin's imagination is so real to him. :)

It almost makes me sad to see when he "turns back" into a toy!

I really like the illustrations of Diana Sudyka. She illustrated the second and third Mysterious Benedict Society books and there are two prequels coming out that she's also illustrating.

I dunno. It's kinda WAY below our reading levels... But the story is really good, anyway. While I was reading The Hobbit, the style slightly reminded me of Trenton Lee Stewart, the guy who wrote MBS...
I think you could like it. Don't expect it to match up to anything Tolkein, but it's enjoyable. But just to warn you... some of the characters are REALLY WEIRD.

My aunt has this spectial edition HP and the Goblet of Fire book that has a different cover. It wraps around the whole book and it's Dumbledore and Harry inside something from a pensieve. And in the back there are large versions of all the illustrations with descriptions! I want it so badly.

Hehe... That sorta reminds me of Sherlock Holmes because in this TV show called Sherlock there was this newly discovered painting they called the Lost Vermeer but then they found out it was a fake :P
