1. find a sheet of paper or open a new document and try to clear everything from my mind and make it a blank canvas then write about the first thing that comes walking across the canvas. It helps me work around the block.

2. Take a break and go for a walk or run for about 20-30 min. to let my mind wander.

3. Read.

4. Talk to my friends eathier online, over the phone or we meet up.


5. Bounce ideas off someone/ let them read my eork and ask for criticism.

One of the methods above usally works.
