Ari walked around, admiring the beautiful stalls. She stopped to look at a pretty cashmere scarf.
"Not your color" Cormac greeted her with a kiss on the cheek.
Ari looked behind her to find Cormac. "And what is my colour?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

Ari looked up at him and took the scarf. He was right. It was prettier. "Thanks, Cor! Is it okay if I call you Cor? Or how about Mac?" She brushed away his hair from his face and tucked it behind his ear.

"Let's go" He smiled and started striding towards a different shop.
Ari follows behind, glad she had someone to hang around with in this big place.
Cormac smiles at her "So, you haven't yet told me your backstory" he said casually. Going through some hair products.
"You haven't told me yours..." Ari replied, shrugging.
He smiled even broader "Okay, I became a vampire two years ago, I live in Dublin, my hair is a natural white and my parents accept my vampireness" He winked "Your turn, buttercup"
"Wow, you're life seems pretty happy and all!" Ari replied to Cormac. She then started her story. "Okay... Well, I was born in New Zealand, moved to Australia when I was 3, got turned when I was about 16, which makes it around 2 years too, then ran away from home and was in hiding for a while, travelling here and there. This year, i joined the academy. I don't think my parents would accept me as a vampire..." Ari sighed. "I wish I could go back one day and see them again... But I can never bring myself to do so." There was silence as Ari thought back.
"Kiwi" Cormac winked "Mind is I call you that?" He smiled "They'll accept you"
Ari laughed. "Yeah, sure... call me Kiwi..." she said. Ari sighed. "I don't know whether my parents will. I mean, how can I tell them? I can't just go in and say, 'Hey mum, hey dad, I'm a vampire. Are you okay with that?'"
Cormac squeezed her hand "Babe, I love you. No matter what"
