Aldren Fenwick sat at his desk, trying to locate one of the death eaters they hadn't caught after the battle at hogwarts when a ministry owl entered. He took the letter from it's leg. It was from askaban, stamped S/PI in other words- Safe, but politicaly incorrect. He opened the letter and read:

Dear mr. Fenwick,
You may not like me at all,
You may want me dead,
But if you want to know who I really am,
Turn to your daughter and ask
Sincerly

Aldren was furious, This boy is trying to make it look like I personally framed him! He thought. He looked the note into his desk and pulled out another piece of paper.
My Dearest Diana, he wrote.....

"Father!" Diana said, crying now and making her father jump in his seat.

"Diana, what is it?" He father asked, "What is wrong?"

"I-I got a l-letter." Diana sobbed, "He s-s-says that th-they are going to k-k-ki-k-kill you."

Her father, knowing it'd be better to read the letter himself, then said, "Diana dear, please, relax, show me the letter."

Diana nodded, and passes the letter through the smoke.

Her father quickly read it and looked up. "Oh Diana, there is nothing to worry about. This is just a threat, there is no way at all any death eaters currently imprisoned would be able to hear such rumors at all. And as for this young fellow, he is merrily trying to scare me into dropping charges. I personally get letters like this all the time." Her father said, "There is nothing to worry about dear, nothing at all. Marcus and the other Aurors will be with me, I'll be fine. Do you understand?"

Diana nodded, relieved now. "Promise?"

"Of course I do." Her father said, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "Now go dance, and be happy." He said, "I hate to see you looking so sad."

Diana nodded and the two shared one last goodbye.

"So your attorney and professor lead the Death Eaters, you found this out, let him still represent you and failed to tell the ministry any of this?" Aldren demanded angrily as he and paul landed in his office.

"I just saw him coming in a cloak."

"Let me get this straight- you had no idea who the leader of the death eaters was?" Aldren asked

"No, untill foster showed up."

"Which proves my point even more! You are too young to be doing work like this. It is time to send you back to hogwarts, and you will stay there. Do you understand?" Aldren asked.

he nodded.

"Good. Let's get you back." Aldren said, pulling out some floo powder.

He nodded.

Aldren handed him enough of the powder to get him to hogwarts. "Go ahead. I'll be checking in a week to make sure you are still there."

He smiled friendly, "I will." He then dissappeared.

Aldren read the letter that just came in and took action immediately. He sent two aurors who were on assignments near hogsmede to hogwarts. He sent a patronous message to the headmaster and gathered a few more aurors and headed for hogwarts.

Mr. Fenwick entered his office. "Paul." He said, a litte taken aback.

"Might I ask why it is you are here?" Aldren asked.

Aldren sat at his desk. "Go ahead."

"Just get to the point Paul, I haven't got all day." Aldren said.

"Why is that?" Aldren asked.

"Paul, I know that you only like her. You don't even know her family." Aldren sighed, "Just get to the point. What are you looking to discuss?"

"Be serious." Aldren said, "You cannot learn much about us by coming into my office. Aren't you just here to ask for my permission to date her? That's what that other boy did."

"Then you'll just have to earn an invitation." Aldren said, signing a parchment on his desk.

"That is up to Diana." Aldren said, looking up at Paul.

"Again, that would be up to Diana." Aldren said.

"Anything else?" Aldren asked.

"You shouldn't have taken that." Aldren said coldly. "Do you have Ralph's wand as well?"

"We would have found it on hi dead body." Aldren said.

"You should go back to school." Aldren said, I have a large work load."
