Melissa (melitious) And, could I count cookbooks on this? If I read them honestly from cover to cover, which I have a tendency to do? If so,

42. 500 Five Ingredient Recipes
43. Rachael Ray: Just in Time: All-New 30-Minutes Meals, plus Super-Fast 15-Minute Meals and Slow It Down 60-Minute Meals

Kristen Northrup (kristenn) I've been counting the ones that I sit down and read cover to cover.

Glad other people read them that way too!

Melissa (melitious) Kristen, I'm glad to see that we're not alone. I'm sure I've read a ton more cookbooks than those three this year, but I can't think of anymore off the top of my head.
