Booksnjava | 5 comments Customer looking for a series he read approximately 12 years ago. All he can remember is that it was about a farm boy that had three stars on his head and in one series he got a sword and in another he got a harp. Any help would be appreciated!

Oh man--this one is almost ttooooo easy. The Riddlemaster of Hed series by Patricia A. McKillip.

Morgan, prince of Hed is born with 3 stars on his face. The first book deals with him searching with the High One's Harper to try to find out why the Wizards had all disappeared on the same day--and what they knew about the prophecies about his stars.

A very intense and fabulous trilogy.
