One of the most decadent and yet easy to prepare desserts I have made recently is from Vegan World Fusion Cuisine :Over 200 award-winning recipes. They are chocolate no-bake cookies filled with pecans coconut and raisins. I made them for the second time last night and my guests thought they were truffles.

Yes, the recipe names are quite funky. It has a bit of an hippy feel to it. I've also made the oil-free muffins from this book and they are very tasty if a bit on the chewy side.
