Shadow ran out side and shifted happily. She dashed off into the woods behind her house. Her brother and sister fallowed and laughed.
Blade sniffed at the ground in his wolf form, but his head shot up as he heard the sound of other wolves near by. He growled and got in a ready position just in case they wanted trouble.
They tackled each other and tried to avoid it by running. Shadow stopped when she saw another wolf. Her ears flatened and she growled. The other two -being much younger than her- whimpered and backed up.
Blade snarled and bared his teeth, puffing up his already huge body. He looked at the three of them with fierce eyes but didn't really want to hurt any of them and it was plain to see if one looked deeper.
Shadow took a step forward. The younger ones tried to get her to come with them but she didn't listen. Her blue eyes starred at his.
Blade's pure black eyes looked into her blue ones and he let his coat lay back a little and his mouth relax the slightest bit so his fangs didn't show as much.
She shook her head and started leaving with the others. She glanced back at him. He's trouble. Don't look at him. Don't look into his eyes.
Blade calmed and sat down, just watching them leave, his eyes full of curiosity.
Her sister shed her coat and turned into a human. For seven, she could get mad. "What was that?!""Calm yourself Rissa."
Rissa glarred at him. "Easy for you Seru."
Shadow sighed.
Blade turned and bounded off into the woods where he changed back to his human form and looked around.
Shadow shifted and boke up the fight. "Shush. Both of you back home."They nodded and left.
Shadow shifted back and desided to go look for him.
He ran his fingers over a tree with his eyes closed, listening to the forest as it moved and seemed to whisper all around him.
She saw a human -man of course- and backed up instently. She ducked behind a bush and watched him.
He heard the minuscule crunch of a branch, something an average human wouldn't have heard, and turned in her direction. "Can I help you?" he asked looking right at her.
She froze with terror. What now smart girl?
He cocked his head to the side slightly and looked at her a little confused.
She backed up. Then she saw his eyes. Black. She slowly went to him and sniffed the air around him.
He didn't have a scent, there was only the smell of the forest around him. He growled a little "Why did you follow me?" he asked.
She whimpered softly. She really didn't want to change in front of him, but what other options did she have?

He narrowed his eyes a little then pulled himself up into a tree.
"You asked why I fallowed you. And my answer is because I felt a draw to you."
He cocked his head to the side and dropped from the tree "How?"
She shrugged. "I dunno. A pull that told me to fallow."
"Most tend to stay away from me," he told her.
She shrugged. "Then I guess I should go. Rissa will come looking for me anyways."
"Its your choice," he said "I do not control you."
She looked at him. "Do you have a place to stay?"
He shook his head "I don't need one, I'll be gone by tonight."
She bit her lip. "Come stay with my family and me."
