I love the show (Rizzoli & Isles) - You don't have to read the books to know and like the show. I've never ead the books. So It's easy to follow and the books are never mentioned except in the first episode when Rizzoli says 'Is he out, is The Surgeon out' Cause The Surgeon is the name of the first book.
