Anybody watch "Treme," Pelecanos' New Orleans series on HBO?

I started it Dan and then life got in the way and haven't gotten back to it. I liked the first two episodes a lot. I keep meaning to try again. (If it is still On Demand)

I think Pelecanos' real passion is music. Not only does he have the numerous references in his books, approximately half of the show is various musicians - club and street - performing.

Surgery went well! Came home on Friday and have a nurse and PT guy coming every other day. Progress seems good!
