Does anyone know whether Michael Crichton's novel, Pirate Latitudes, is out yet and if so, has anyone read it?

Thanks, Brenda. Michael Crichton was a great storyteller, he will be missed. I will keep an eye out for the book now that I have a date.

I just finished it, as a matter of fact. I've read all his books. This one was a quick read -- good, but not thought provoking or with social commentary like his other ones.

I read it and enjoyed it. It's very different than his normal fare, but still very entertaining. I agree with Jeff -- Michael Crichton will be missed.
