I really want 2 read the Hunger Games Trilogy!!!!!

I love the series "Private" (the books are amazing!!!!!), "Pony Club Secrets" (don't laugh..they r actually quite good n are about this teenage girl who wants to become a professional eventer-horse rider)...it is sooo hard to decide which books I like the best....I also like "Anne of Green Gables" (I like old-fashioned books since I am a bit of a nerd :p).

My parents won't let me read the Harry Potter series, the Lord of the Rings series or any books with vampires, witchcraft etc in them :(

I guess it is because they want me to grow up uninfluenced (not sure if it is a word...do you know what I mean?) by those books.
