April's selection is Notes from Underground by Fyodor Dostoevsky translated by Richard Pevear and Larissa Volokhonsky.

It'll be on Wednesday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m.

I checked out the seating areas at Mozart's a couple of weeks ago. For a larger turnout it's not such a good place to meet. The tables out front and inside won't work. If we were to sit on the side of the building, we'd have to be stretched out across a long series of tables. There's a room in the basement with a table that can seat ten (four on each side and one at each end) but we'd have to reserve it if we didn't want to take the chance that it was being used when we arrived. There's also a piano player on Wednesday nights; I don't know whether that would interfere with us or not.

Mozart's is now open until 9:30--the kitchen is open until 8:30 and you can buy pastries up until the last minute. Once closing time comes they will kick us out.

So for right now we'll still be meeting at Mozart's. If anyone wants to try a place with better seating for a larger group, we can certainly discuss it.
