HP books where the H/h or vice-versa takes care of the other while they are ill/sick/badly wounded.

Verity | 567 comments Not all are HPs but fit the theme, some amnesia :

Daphne Clair = Carpenter's mermaid (4* - beware of unconscious cheating tho'. Heroine doesn't realize she's already married).
Daphne Clair = The Riccioni pregnancy (5* - heroine sprains ankle & hero intentionally impregnates wife)
Laurey Bright = A sudden sunlight (3* - heroine was raped & got preggers)
Laurey Bright = Sweet vemgeamce (5* - heroine was hero's secretary, hero got sick briefly, H/h got engaged, broke up, reunited)
Vanessa Grant = Stray lady (3* - just meh).
Margaret Mayo = Forgotten engagement (2* - awful & passionless)

Jacqueline J | 266 comments The Italian's Wife by Sunset by Lucy Gordon 3 stars

It's just a straight Harlequin Romance not an HP but really fits the theme and was a decent read.

That is a good books, Lyraa.

I read Desperate Desire by Flora Kidd last week. Not truly a nursed back to health, but the hero is mostly blind.

I thought this was a really bizarre book. The hero was a total whack job.
