message 1: by Aynge (new)

Aynge (ayngemac) | 1202 comments I remember as a kid and a teen I used to get deja vu a lot. Now that I'm in my 30's it rarely if ever happens.

How often do you experience deja vu?

message 2: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I used to more often -- but not much lately that I recall. But when it happens, it's a strong feeling. I find myself almost frozen in time as I experience this event that I am certain happened before.

Rebecca White (rebecca_white) | 1028 comments Come to think of it, I haven't had one in forever. I never heard that it was, but maybe it is age related.

janine | 7715 comments i had deja vu all the time when i was sixteen. i also had dreams predicting things that would happen the next day.

Félix (habitseven) So what happened, did they educate that out of you?

message 6: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Oh, I've had it fairly often at all the major events in my life... and lately, it seems to be happening quite a bit, so I feel like it's indicative that I'm experiencing a major change right now.

Jim | 6485 comments I don't ever remember having a deja vu moment. I can always figure out when I seen or done something before.

it was a difficult time in my life, trying to conquer depression. maybe that was the reason, i don't know. i did go to a therapist, but that didn't last.

message 9: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I'm sorry. I didn't intend to bring up unpleasant memories for you. I hope things are better now.

janine | 7715 comments o, that's ok. that was years ago, i don't mind remembering, it makes the present seem brighter. and there were some good things going on too: i had a lot of great friends so i still have good memories of that year.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Is it sad that my first thought was, "wow that's a crappy tattoo?"
