Erich | 38 comments How should books be combined if a book is sometimes split in several issues?
We have "Confessions" which is probably the whole book. Then we have "Confessions 1" and "Confessions 2" (in my hands I have these and they contain books 1-6 and 7-12 respectively). Then there are also editions split in 3 (books 1-4, 5-8, 9-12). If I understood the policy well, all these should not be combined, right?

Lisa Vegan (lisavegan) | 2409 comments Right. They should not all be combined. The editions with the entire book should be combined together. The other editions, that include only a portion of the book, should be separated. The partial editions can be combined with each other only if they include identical parts of the book. Part 1 of 2 would not be the same as Part 1 of 3, and sometimes even books that seem to contain identical content might not. Does that make sense?

Erich | 38 comments Thanks Lisa. I will take care of the splitting then.
