Cally sat in a tree. She was singing a mournful song that only one dying 90 year old could hear.
"Play with me Drake!" Ella called."Not now!" Drake replied.
"Please, try casting a spell! Fix my dress!"
He sighed, "All right Ella." he said as he prepared to cast a spell, taking out his wand.
Cally jmped out of the tree and smirked. She heard the cries of the family.
Drake stopped as he heard the rustle of branches. He stood up, "Hello?" he called out as he readied his wand and neared the direction it came from.
Cally looked at Drake. She walked out of the shadows and waved.
He relaxed a bit and waved back. Ella came running and smiled, "Hi, I'm Ella!" she called.
Cally smiled. She pointed a finger to her mouth then shook her head.
Ella frowned, "She can't speak Drake!" she whined, close to tears, "Can you do a spell on her?""I'm not that good Ella."
"Pleaseeeee!!!" she begged.
"Would you like me to?" he asked as he looked up at Cally.
Cally shook her head. She wrote on piece of paper then passed it to Ella.I can speak, you can't hear me.
Cally shook her head. Just hope you don't hear me anytime soon. You seem like such a nice girl.
Drake studied her carefully, he had read about someone like this before but just couldn't place where.Ella frowned, "Ok." she said sadly.
Cally smiled. Don't be sad. It's better this way.
Ella looked at Cally's smile and smiled slightly, still upset.
Cally looked at her. You think I'm lying don't you? You think I can speak and you'll be able to hear me. I hope you wouldn't.

"A banshee!" Drake cried, putting it all together.
Cally looked stunned at Drake. No such thing!
"No she's not!" Ella said as she turned to face him."It makes sense! The look of pure innocence, the no speaking, the - the way she dresses." he pulled a book from his back pocket and started flipping through it.
Cally decided she couldnt stay there anymore. She ran and jumped the fence.
