I love many a classic actor, they don't make them much like that in Hollywood today. But some of my favorites are
Cary Grant, he is my favorite
Humphrey Bogart
Joseph Cotten
James Cagney
John Wayne
Jimmy Stewart
James Mason
Leslie Howard
Walter Huston
Kirk Douglas
Burt Lancaster
Montgomery Clift
William Powell
William Holden

Moon My favorite actor would be Errol Flynn. But other honorable mentions go to Vincent Price, Claude Rains, Leslie Howard, Clark Gable, Marlon Brando, Gene Kelly and Basil Rathbone.

Oh I love Claude Rains, Basil Rathbone, and Vincent Price.
My mom always had a thing for Errol Flynn LOL.

I watched Danny Kaye and Bing Crosby in 'White Christmas' about a million times this Christmas it was great.

Sandy Vallery | 5 comments I have two absolute favorites, his father was mentioned by Jo and that made me happy because you don't here him mentioned real often - Douglas Fairbanks Jr is mine, and Fred Astair - oh, if I could only dance like him!

I also love Cary Grant and 100 others! White Christmas is my favorite Christmas movie.

I watch Fred Astair dance and sing every chance I get. And then I do my best to dance and sing right along with him.

A.M. this month Peter Sellers is the featured actor on TCM on Tuesdays or Thursdays, I can't remember which one all day long they are showing his films. I love the "Pink Panther" but him "Dr. Strangelove" is just brillant and funny as heck.

I am a die-hard Gregory Peck fan, not only was a great actor, he was great man.

I have really enjoyed the Peter Sellers films on TCM this month. He is brilliant as Quilty in Lolita and in his many roles in Strangelove!
