Heather (heatherjoy) Both Andi and Alex suffer from guilt. How is Alex's story able to provide better therapy for Andi than Dr. Becker and anti-depressents. Do you think that either character atoned for their actions? Do you think either of them had reason to atone?

Tatiana (tatiana_g) I think Alex's story is a better therapy, because both girls can actually do something to atone, rather than talking about their feelings in therapy.

I personally don't think they had anything to atone for; whatever happened to the boys wasn't their fault. But guilt is such a thing that needs no reason.

Heather (heatherjoy) It wasn't their fault per se, but how differently would things have unfolded had the girls not done what they did? I think that is what has plagued them.
