Kim Crowley (kimcrow) | 1893 comments Emotional poems are right up top in the general topics. It's there until we can decide what to do with it.

Rage <-- Yay! Weird … Beauty & the Beast … dystopia … thing! I'm (supposed to be) working on it right now. And there's only 3 chapters so far. So, yeah.

I posted this some time ago, but I'd love feedback on it. This is the story I entered in the most recent contest for this group.

RedPath | 853 comments Yes. This is my story, In Between. Please read it? It's sorta paranormal-ish, so if you like that sort of thing, please read and review it!

Holy. Friggin. Crap.

Kriss wrote something. At last. Something that matters. Something that isn't some runoff story idea.

Kriss wrote Tear the Sky Asunder! Or at least the prologue. Yes, I'm rewriting it again, because I keep getting stuck at the same spot but I think I can finally get through that. Lets hope so. Anyhow, please read and leave a comment? You all know you want to.

*blushes* Well, thanks. And I don't care. Mazy reminds me of a giant cow (long story), so it's all good.

There are multiple giant cows in the Fablehaven series. I guess telling you why might be a spoiler, so.... yeah. One of them is called Mazy. Teehee.

Tesni (ohmarcello) | 5031 comments I really, really have to post some of The Night is For Waking and The Many Lives of Clio Sinclair soon, but until I do, here's my verse-novel-in-progress The Captive, which is in need of some more opinions.

Here you go.

That. Sounds. So. Cool. I'd read it in a heartbeat. I love that weird trippy otherwordly stuff. Like Isaac said, Alice in Wonderland, Coraline, etc. Good stuff. ;)

message 29: by Kim (new)

Kim Crowley (kimcrow) | 1893 comments Soo, this is NaNoWriMo10 story. It's called Drift and it's got two story lines, shizz about Spirits, teen drama, diaries, high school, this weird crazy place where no one remembers anything and a load of other shabang. Go check it out if you want.

I think you can tell its 2am and I'm feeling rather hysterical.

message 30: by Kriss (new)

Kriss (krisslee) | 5015 comments Mod
I don't usually start to feel hysterical until 4am o.o

message 31: by Kim (new)

Kim Crowley (kimcrow) | 1893 comments I didn't until 5am yesterday. It depends how down I've been feeling during the day.

message 32: by Kriss (new)

Kriss (krisslee) | 5015 comments Mod
Ah, I know what you mean then. Usually if I'm going to get hysterical it happens between 4am and 5am, and if I don't get hysterical then I just kinda feel hyped up and stay up all night.

Yeah you know, I was writing that Nano thing and kind of stopped. So people could read over what I did do and leave some feedback. I was trying a different style than I normally do, and the first chapter especially suffers from it, so comments would be really nice.

What is it about?

message 38: by Baxter, butts butts butts (new)

Baxter (julietrocksmysocks) | 2455 comments Mod
Well I only have the first chapters for both of the main characters, so the story really isn't all WHOA CRAZY INTENSE as of yet. Basically there is a dude, lives in the deep south (not quite present time mind you). He chillaxes for a while, crazy stuff goes down in his town, he decides to run away and live in the city that is nearby. On the flip side there is a girl living in the city who goes about prostituting because it's a legit way to make money and one day decides to escape from the city. I wrote the very basic plot out in poem form before November, you can check that if you're interested. I know, I'm not so great at describing it.
