ALL THINGS WINTER 8/8 Read at least 5 books that I already own, with some sort of winter theme. Snow on the cover, etc... with 2 being books my Secret Santa gave me.
1.Christmas Mischief-read 12/21 -12/23 - 3 Christmas stories. Christmas is in Winter.
2.Naughty and Nice -read 12/21 - 12/22 - 4 Christmas stories. Christmas is in Winter.
3.Thunder and Roses- Secret Santa - has the word "Thunder" in the title. Thunder storms remind me of Winter. - 2/1-2/5
4.Flowers from the Storm - Secret Santa - The word "Storm" is in the title and storms remind me of Winter. - read 1/7-1/9
5. Twas The Night - The story takes place during a snow storm while the Santa Brigade travels by bus to homeless shelters giving away presents. The snow storm, the Santas, the goodwill all remind me of winter - read 12/23-12/26
6. Anchor and Storm - Kate Poole - "Storm" - read 1/1-1/2
7. Storming the Castle: An Original Short Story with Bonus Content- Eloisa James - "Storming" - read 1/9
8. Fires of Winter - Johanna Lindsey - "Winter"
9. Black Ice - Anne Stuart -"Ice" is frozen.
10. Against the Wind - Kat Martin - This book opens with the heroine having a flat tire in the middle of a freak May snowstorm in Wyoming. Even though it's May, the snowstorm reminds me of winter. --read 1/3-1/5
And having read the 2nd Secret Santa book, Thunder and Roses, I'm officially done!!!

Congratulations, D.G.!!
11/13 Done1. Wild- both stories take place in the mountains of Colorado during the winter
2. Riding Wild- read during my Christmas break because it was better to stay inside reading this one rather than be outside in the cold and rain
3. Make Mine Midnight- new year's eve themed
4. Ghouls, Ghouls, Ghouls- takes place right after a trip to Scotland where it is cold and is in a drafty castle in Ireland where it is cold and rainy.
5.A Werewolf in Manhattan: A Wild about You Novel- takes place in NY and Chicago during the winter, weres are kept warm with their warm fur coats, snow scenes in this book
6. The Seduction of Miranda Prosper- January release, this book left me cold, I don't recommend it
7. Seduce Me at Sunrise- story starts off in winter, my favorite read of January so far
8. Lust- winter release, I really enjoyed this one
9. His at Night- cover the color of flames... makes me think of fires on cold nights
10. Unveiled- blue always reminds me of cold temperatures
11. Simply Forbidden- winter release, read while I was snowed in... brrrrr
Great idea, DG. I think my challenge for All Things Spring is going to be Spring Cleaning and I'll do maybe 30 books... Print books that I already own. Maybe I'll "Clean up series" that I haven't finished yet, too.
