I don't know about you guys, but my fridge is full of leftovers!! Anyone have some good suggestions for what to do with them?

I definitely see lots of turkey sandwiches in my future. No more cooking for me! Surely that means I should have more reading time, right?

I had to laugh! As I read your comment, I'm eating leftover dressing with cranberry salad mixed with it. Love the leftovers!!

I know at christmas mum use to freeze left over meat to use later.
