The Darling

This story was pretty fascinating. Having a sociopath be the viewpoint character was great; it's not something everyone can pull off. I should have seen the sociopath in her husband, but it surprised me. The most interesting thing to me was that she liked prison -- where there were no men.

I am new here, just exploring. I love short story collection. I was wondering if you have read "Zombie" by Joyce carol Oates? It is not a short story, more of a novella. but from a sociopathic serial murder's point of view. I have not read "The Darling" yet. much less heard of it. but I loved Zombie. so I will give this one a look-see.
