Rebecca And if I do read Zahavi's book, where should I go next to learn more about phenomenology? Is it best to go straight to the original authors? Is this feasible?

Benjamin I would recommend going straight to Husserl after Zahavi (although I did it the other way around), beginning with something like Cartesian Meditations. Once the terminology is established, it gets easier and easier over time. Zahavi is great btw.

Rodger Broome I would read Sokolowski's "Introduction to Phenomenology" before going to Husserl or Merleau-Ponty to make them more accessible.
