Have any of you read this book? What did you think of it? It is Historic Fiction. I thought it was a really good book. Interesting that the story was told through letters. I thought it was very well written.

My book club did this one last winter. I thought it was an interesting account of a part of WWII that isn't too well known. It made me want to know more of the true history about it--I would love to read some non-fiction on Guernsey in the war.

Just finished Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Socity. Really liked it. It did not feel like a current book. The writers took you to post-war times.Writing letters is a dying art.
