Natsume's Book of Friends

[Tetsu (Doki Doki ~♥), WRRRRY!]

Natsume's classmates think he's kind of shy and jumpy -- but what they don't know is that Natsume can see yokai, mischievous and sometimes dangerous spirits and creatures. When he discovers that his grandmother had the same abilities, and used it to create a "Book of Friends" that bound yokai to do her bidding, Natsume decides to free the yokai in the book -- provided they don't eat him first.

oh i love this series!! i just recently read the first three and i really like it, the art has a cool creepiness about it that i really like.

just read the forth volume, it was really good.

I adore this series. Natsume is just so lonely and sad, I just want to give him a hug. It always amused me how he would wake up and the cat was trying to eat him. The art was indeed very... different, but I enjoyed it.
