any good mangas?

Well I just began school and as usual it's boring...I need something to do while I hear those boring lectures. That would be, Reading manga! I've read or seen a lot already, but i would like to see some reccomendations. I've actually always wanted to know what Noir was about. I've seen some episodes of Madlax and i think they have like the same creator of something and it wasn't bad. But, yeah, any reccomendations will do.

I recommend FULL METAL ALCHEMIST ^_^ manga which famed in US. And you could try read Naoki Urasawa works such as MONSTER and 20th CENTURY BOYS ^^

I totally agree about Fullmetal Alchemist. Also, are you looking for shonen or shojo?
Fruits Basket is another excellent series. I could go on and on with a list of my personal favorites, but I don't want to spill everything right here. Let me know if you want more.

This is chain message lol i agree with Angel. Furuba(Fruit baskets) is my fav. Try to watch the anime.

As for Noir i've never read it tho i know the title. if you want to you can join the www.evil-empire.net the site got ALL(yes, ALL!) manga on web, tho...u must post at least 10 to open the download section.

If you want shounen, i can recomendate Gantz, Death Note(my suggestion, give this one a try! you won't regret it:)), One Piece, HunterxHunter, Monster(is a thrill one!), Rurouni Kenshin, Inuyasha, Detective Conan, Naruto.

Shoujo: Furuba, Tenshi nanka janai(I'm not an angel), Goong, Penguin Revolution, PGE, Miiko, Glass Mask(Garasu no kamen), Gakuen Alice, Ouran High School Host, Mars.

If you want a bit of both or sport title:
Tokyo Crazy Paradise, Slam Dunk, Dragon Voice, Harlem Beat, H2.

All series i gave you is a long runner manga, but all is good series!

The character were all funny
You may sometimes forget that you're reading a horror manga ^_^

Death Note is a cool one, a must-read manga

btw r u looking scanlated manga or wat? if u were i suggested u come to www.vnmanga.com, (same wit evil-empire)...theres a lot of scanlated manga that ur looking for, from shounen, shojou, yaoi etc..its complete! n' d good thing is they always updated the series especially the popular one's...

btw i really like to recommend some manga n' manhwa that i read it lately

-katekyou hitman reborn. still read it. its about a gangster familia from italy who seeing their 10th leader. its shounen (for boy) but i think girl can read it too cause u see..theres a bunch of cute guys around hihi^^

-bleach. its somthing bout shinigami fighting. good artwork especially when it comes to fight..its great~!

-ouran koukou host club. its some story bout host club in 'A class' school. really hillarious!

-la corda d oro. bout musical thou'. the story is take from love/dating RPG. for shoujo(girls) cause theres a lot of drama n stuff...

-the bride of the water god (manhwa) i really recomended this. they hav a great detail artwork! d story its just like an epic story bout water god who take a human girl as his bride.

theres another like NANA, ur soo cool(manhwa), vampire knight...etc..

ill inform it again if i remember wat i read...cause its too many^^

One good shoujo my cousin just told me about is "Lovely Complex", about a short boy and tall girl who are perfect for each other. But they won't date because she is taller than him. I have only read the first two chapters, but it is good so far. Funny too.

My favorite "shojen" manga, as I call it, is Ranma 1/2. It's hilarious. If you want something to make you laugh, that is it! It's about a boy who is a very good martial artist, but he turns into a girl when he gets splashed with cold water. Hot water makes him a boy again. He is engaged, but he and his fiancee are always fighting and won't admit they like each other. It's very funny.
