Craig Sisterson (kiwicraig) | 59 comments One of the newspapers I write for is the Weekend Herald, the biggest-circulation newspaper in New Zealand. Usually the books articles are not available online (as they are part of the glossy magazine in the weekend edition), however the Books Editor has now kindly allowed me to republish any of the author features I write for them, online.

So you can now read the large feature I wrote on James Lee Burke, that was in last weekend's issue of the Weekend Herald, HERE

Hi Craig. Interesting article. I recently read my first James Lee Burke book, Black Cherry Blues: A Dave Robicheaux Novel, and it is indeed much more than a crime novel. I'll be reading more of his work.
