ABANDONED. Australian Female Sally Is The Murderer??

Ok I read this book about 3 years ago, I think it was set in England, all I can remember about it is that the killer who commited more than one murder was a female called sally, she was australian. The ending of the book was of her just about to kill someone else I think using a knife but she was caught before she managed it. I remember being fairly surprised that she was the killer and the only other thing I remember is that the characters were in a pub every now and then, I think possibly one of them worked there, maybe Sally?? Any help would be most appreciated!! Thanks in advance, Kai
