Osvaldo Ortega Reading this book, no one told me it was so good! But will someone tell me the reason for the whole Franz in Rome episode? I cannot stand it for long!

Osvaldo Ortega With the colliseum chapter it seems that the whole Vampa affair is ending. No small wonder he got payed by the line!

Pandora I am not sure what your question is. The reason for Rome is to get the Count into the good graces of Albert. It is through Albert that the Count is able to re-enter into the lives of those he wants revenge on.

Vampa is also used to help explain what the Count has been doing and the source of his power.

Have you finished the book?
