.....at the premier there were people my moms age and I'm not that old people always underestimate me and make me seem like I'm five on tv shows well my age it frustrates me.....
mostly twilight has like teenage fans or younger so they cant really make it REALLY bad otherwise like half of there fans wont be able to see it...
Um 15 yr old know anything a 20 yr old knows, they just cant see R rated films.AND HELLO IM NOT THAT OLD EVERYONE THINKS IM A LITTLE KID AND IM NOT!!!!!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Well I listen to a podcast (imprint) and the people on it are in their early twenties. But I know that I started reading the series the summer of third grade. Anyway the movies a rated PG-13 so it's not like a parent would let their five year old child watch them...I think I know what you mean Katie. On tv shows a person who is say, 10 looks like they are five.
I know grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I am not five! I just talk like it. You know me, very opinionated. But most boys are still yucky....
Except for TL

Well if you enjoy the books then it doesn't matter what age you are. I've always found it funny that many people have this preoccupation with age and how it applies to various aspects. It doesn't. If you enjoyed it, then mission accomplished. I'm going on 48 this month and I still enjoy books and stories similar to Twillight. I have all the movies of the Twillight saga and still watch them from time to time. It's based on your likes and dislikes not your age. So I say go ahead and read and watch whatever you like, it's an individual experience not an age thing.
Diane I so agree. When I first started reading and enjoying Twilight, I hid it. But then I stopped and realized I like what I like, no need to hide or apologize for that :)
Exactly Shannon, exactly.....you do things in life that are for you because they give you joy, they calm you, they fulfill your need to delve into things that for your own reasons are of interest to you. We all do quite a bit for others and that's fine but we cannot forget to give back to ourselves otherwise we will have nothing left to give back. I kinda did something similar....people would ask me what I was reading and I would tell them but I wouldn't really get into what the storyline was about. I would just say it's a really good book and difficult to explain unless you read it (which is actually true lol not the easiest story to explain is it? lol). It's kinda of a suspenseful romance is what I would say to certain people and others I would just simply say it's about vampires lol, again depending on the person because I would get strange looks from people who just can't wrap their mind around anyone interested in such things. I don't appreciate people like that, they're simply close minded and think everyone should be the same. It would be a boring world if we were.

I'm a fan, and, 68 yrs. old. Loved all the books, and movies. Stephanie did write them, for the younger generation, but that blew up, to all generations. I agree, the books go into more, detail than they can put on the screen, but we all know, what went on behind the sense.

new moon and twilight were fine i think...and anyway they cant really put anything really bad in it because all there fans are lik 15 and younger mostly...
