Ilze Is it anything like "Beautiful Joe"?

Juliana wat's BEAUTIFUL JOE? WAT BOOK I MEAN

Ilze It's the story of a dog called Joe, a dog that was fairly badly treated as a pup but then gets taken to a good home.

Aimee its awesome.

Juliana i know i finished it like a month ago it WAS awsome

Aimee It's kind of sad at some points... even if the dog doesn't think so.

Juliana ya cuz dogs go thru things veary easaly cuz when puppies die they just put it aside but for us humans it is real hard and even tho it says that squirrel missed his mom and bone it wasnt as hard as it would be for us

Grace This is a really tuching book

Aimee yah i love it.

Grace Love this book! me and my sister read it at the same time. i would get a head of her, then hand her the book, then watch her face rise and drop!

Juliana hahahahhahhhahahhahahhahhahhahhhahhahahhahhahhahaha

Nicole Love it love it love it o and add like 5 thousand more love it's for me.

Haley Carson i read this in 3rd grade as a summer reading option and i instantly fell in love with this book!
(i know, third grade might seem a little young but it was not for me; i mean i even read the harry potter books in 2nd grade so....
i recommend this book for all ages although some parts may make you cry if you are younger or really get into the book

Kayla I really loved this book. It was amazing! <3 Although some parts did make me cry..... :'( It shows you how much some animals go through in life. But it gives you some inpiration, that life really is not "bad"... It even made me want to adopt a puppy, but my parents wouldnt letbme get another,pet... I would recommend this book to pretty much anyone... <3

Allie I liked it but i found it sad and depressing.

message 21: by Lori (new) - rated it 4 stars

Lori good book. even though it was fiction I found myself thinking about that dog afterwards. I was so glad she finally had a happy ending.

Ashley Meyer I love this book. It has a lot of adventure,
love and care. The adventure is basically
in the whole book. This dog had a busy life.
If this happened to me I'd be terrified to death.

Sarah☺ I didn't like that it talked about Susan so much and actually told you who she was until the end of the book. Otherwise, I loved it!

Megan It was okay. Not my favorite animal story, but still alright. To me, the main character wasn't very engaging. I felt sympathetic towards her, but nothing else really made her likable to me. I guess this just isn't my kind of book.

Oh, and my favorite part was the very last, in her senior years. So sweet and such a nice ending. <3

Grace OMG this is my favorite book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jayden OMG! This is such a sad book! It's very sweet! I gave it five stars.

What a wonderful system for sharing a book. That could be useful for sharing other things, too.

I agree, Lori. I also kept thinking of squirrel long after I finished. Also, I have been doing some major straightening and organizing in my studio where I also keep my books. I came across it and just HAD to read it again.

That's what I thought at first, too, but I thought of a great equalizer. The next book they share Grace's sister should get to start first and then she passes it to Grace to catch up. And then Grace starts the book after that.
