Can anyone tell whether this book is volume 1, volume 2, or both in a single volume? My Google-fu has failed.

(These books are also reprinted in a four-volume set, but given the publication date I don't think that that's going to be related.)

That ISBN is rather odd. The vol. 1 and vol. 2 ISBNs begin 01209...; that one starts 06869... -- which implies a different publisher!

Unfortunately, the author's home page publications page doesn't bother with ISBNs for out-of-print editions.
