Why does President Snow come to Katniss's home? What does he mean when he says, " ... you have provided a spark which left unattended may grow into an inferno ..." What, exactly, was the significance of the handful of poisonous berries at the end of The Hunger Games?

President Snow is creepy! I think the fact that he comes to her home, though, shows the strength of her "spark" with the berries. She showed the the Capitol and the Games can be challenged; President Snow showing up in person shows how big a threat he thinks she is--I'm sure he could have sent another government official to scare her.
