10. "Wait Till Helen Comes: A Ghost Story" by Mary Downing Hahn This would be a good read for upper elementary or middle school readers.
12. "Peter and the Starcatchers" by Dave Barry, Ridley Pearson I can't believe I never read this one before - great story!
