The ending?

Ginger I just finished this book and loved it. But I'm not really sure what happened in the ending?? Granted, I was landing on my international flight and finished while sleep deprived and rushing to the end before "wheels down." Any takes on what happened there at the end? I think I'll have to re-read the last 10 pages.

Tiffany Van Domelen It was good but I don't care for open endings, I like closure and this is not one of those books. It will be interesting to see how the ending goes in the movie.
